Contrast therapy combines the use of chill tubs and saunas to offer a unique set of benefits by using the contrasting effect of hot and cold temperatures on the body to rejuvenate, recharge and recover.

I visited Rejoov for the first time this morning following a knee injury. Stepping inside the building Rob greeted me with a big smile and I felt instantly relaxed, it's been beautifully transformed into a cocoon of wellness, I actually forgot where I was. All the facilities are spotlessly clean and immaculate. I left with a knee that definitely felt more comfortable, a mind that felt re-set, and a feeling that my whole body had benefitted from the experience.
